Imprinted Originals respects your privacy.  We have prepared this summary to explain how we ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your personal and corporate information.

We take all the necessary steps, procedures and technologies necessary to protect your corporate and personal information at all times. We restrict access to customer information to only our employees who need it for business purposes.

• Company or organization name (if applicable)
• Mailing and billing addresses of company or contact
• Telephone number of contact
• Email address of contact
• Your drivers license ID if paying by personal check
• Corporate credit information if applying for credit terms
• If you request to become a Preferred Client, we may need to collect additional information, including identifier and password.
• If you pay by company check we may require additional information including accounts payable contact name and number. If you pay by personal check we may require additional information including your home phone number.
• If you pay by credit card, our card payment service will require additional information including: the card number, the party to whom the card is issued, expiration date and exact address used for the card.

Using Your Information:

We use information for various purposes including the following:

• Preparing estimates and contacting you in order to confirm and place your order
• Customizing content and/or layout for individual visitors based on preferences
• Sending streamlined information on special offerings, new products, updates, etc.
• Responding to your customer service or sales inquiries
• Internal review with intent of improving our Web site content or design
• Notifying customers about updates to our Web site

Information We Share

We do not share your information with third parties for any purpose, unless we should be required to disclose customer information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws.

We also do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

International Privacy

Our website is geared towards corporate, organizational and professional customers in the United States of America at this time, and therefore our policies are driven by the dictates of this country.  All other users agree to be bound by these policies.

Email communications

We will not sell or share your email or postal address information with third parties for commercial purposes. Typically we only contact you in order to prepare and complete an estimate or order.

In addition, from time to time, we may send newsletters and promotional updates by email or by postal mail.  You may add your email address to our mailing list by contacting us at: CustomerService@imprintedoriginals.com or by entering it in the field provided at the bottom of our website pages.

If you do not want to receive e-mail or mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at RemoveMe@imprintedoriginals.com. Simply put "Remove Me" in the subject field and body of the email.

Cookies

Cookies are small files put on your computer during web use.  They allow websites to maintain session information as you travel from page to page.  They are used to customize what is shown to you based on your browser, your preferences, and sometimes your past browsing or purchasing behavior.  

Cookies can also speed up processing of current estimate requests by keeping track of your selections and utilizing past purchase information.

Cookies allow us to identify your computer but do not contain individual information such as name, email address or other personal information

Aggregated Information

We collect statistical (non-personal) information on how our clients navigate through our site so we can see if and where we need to improve it.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information on children beneath the age of 13. Our products and services are strictly geared towards adult purchasers.
